I began my mortgage career in 1979 making second mortgage loans to individuals all over the southeast. After two years,
I made the move to first mortgage loans with what is now known as AmSouth Mortgage and worked with these folks for nine years
as a loan officer and branch manager. After a short year and a half with Norwest Mortgage as a manager, I started Covenant
Mortgage Company in March of 1991. My sole purpose, other than wanting to work for myself, was to create an environment that
